Signnow

The Engine allows you to either use our pre defined settings which means:

• we will trigger a FORM C or FORM T for each legal entities

• if you wish to use the Token Swap feature, we will trigger the Token Swap Contract

• If you wish to use the Token Purchase, SAFE contracts, we will trigger them

• If you wish to set up your own Templates in your own Signnow account, you can do this too with the "Use my own" setting

• If you wish to collect the signature manually you can also use "Handle form manually by email" this will attach the pdf to each email

Please note, if you use "Use my own" Setting you are required to set up the Template IDs manually from your Signnow account:

Fields available depends on the Template, for Token Purchase Agreement for example:

        investor_info,
        authorize_signature_name,

        date

Please also note that the Signnow API has 250 free signatures, after that its a yearly billing.
