Please check that your article of association (Statuten) is aligned with the Prospectus e.g

if you provide bearer shares, name shares or participation capital based on PGR in Liechtenstein.

Make sure that there is a POA from the Owner of the current shares, to instruct the Notary in Liechtenstein to make this changes for you, per today these documents are required to be sent to Liechtenstein in physical form.
