In your tenant, update the /data-center with all the information you wish to share. Please ensure that files are only linked to a Google Drive from your prospectus. This method allows for easier revision tracking and compliance with the requirement to retain the prospectus for up to 10 years. For example, you can update the same URL when the prospectus expires or needs revision. That means you have a duplicate data folder one in google drive for easy revision which you link in your prospectus and one for your investors who are logged in. Please note, once the Link is obtained from the Data Room its accessible to anyone with the link even when you are not logged in.
