Add your Opening Balance, add it to the additional documents in your prospectus

Please also note, that regulatory body requires balance sheet to be updated unaudited half yearly also. If you are not opt out of review - this might further delay your fundraise.

Opt our for review in the first 1-2 years, make sure your xero is up to date so that it can always be exported if its required.
